It should work on the 307, I think the only difference is the line size that comes out the top of the sender is bigger for the big block trucks.

Tom,
Do you still have one of these? The one I bought aftermarket is of poor quality, the fitting is too large, and it has a clip on wire attachment rather than the screw on one. My original uses a 9/16" wrench fitting to go to the fuel line. The replacement is 11/16" (too big). I think that the 307 probably uses the straight six unit, not the 350 one.
