gmc vin challenge

i have a 67 small window gmc

i was reading some posts and saw a vin decoder. i tried to decode mine and it just doesnt add up. maybe someone here can help. dont have access to posting photos at the moment but here is the info.

my glove box spid shows: CS 1590D C 9705


my door jamb shows: CS1590D PC9705A


i figured out c for conventional and s for six cyl and 1 for 1/2 ton, anyone have any idea about the rest. thanks

10 is 1/2 ton
D widw side pick up
Plant built
Model Year c =67
last 5 = serial #

i have tried all the different decoders i could find on the net but nothing matches up. its a 1970 GMC

That decoder thats in the front of the LMC catalog or on their website seems to be the only one I have found that is accurate on line

thanks guys, i wonder what the 590 is and also why does it only have 9705. i thought 10001 was supposed to be the first truck. i wonder if 9705a means anything. anymore help would be great! the challenge is still on.

59 is lwb and 0D is fleetside and P is pontiac plant and C is 1967. still wonding what 9705a is? what # would be the first serial on a gmc? thanks
