Ball joint to short?????

I have a 68' c10. Had lower ball joints put in a few weeks ago. Well now that i am putting in the new springs the ball joints are to short for the spindle. Are all 67-72 1/2 ton trucks the same?

The 67-70 were different from the 71-72. They came out with disc brakes & changed some of the front end parts.

Re: Ball joint to short?????

Did you change spindles?
Just changing springs should change anything with the balljoint.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
