Need more help!
Hey, every time i shut the ignition off or turn it on, my heater makes a buzzing noise for about 5 seconds and then is quite. It still works fine, but after a while that sounds gets pretty fricken annoying.

BTW, its a 1988 gmc sierra sle 2wd with a 305.

One of the hvac doors is most likely going back to open or closed position making that noise. My 88 did the same thing. If everything works like it should you don't have a problem.

I think that's what he's saying. If your heat and a/c work okay, and your blower functions in all speeds and you can select heat, air or defrost without any issues...but you have that annoying noise....yeah, it's good.
