I was there Friday and got rained on hard!
Every year the weather sucks there! Last couple were sweltering hot and humid.
Cool event though

It was a good weekend. I got down there Wednesday night and the weather was great until Friday afternoon and then the weather got really wet. We ended up coming home on Saturday evening instead of Sunday.

Yes that was a hard storm that came Friday evening and the one Saturday morning was pretty strong also. Thursday was by far the best day this year.

I thought the Blue step side belongs to a board member but was not sure. I was very supprized to see that last truck in the spectator lot. It was very nice and could not believe the options.

Glad you enjoyed looking.

It does belong to a good member. Maybe he'll step in. That black one is period correct and cream of the crop for back in the day (today, too, the way I see it).

Re: Pictures from the 2011 Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green, KY

The guy with the black truck said they bought it in 1973 with 5,000 miles on it because the first owner traded it for a 1973. The odometer read 17,000 miles but the door arm rest looked awful worn for those miles. They said it was basically all original except for the wheels.
