photoshop this please

i want some one to lift this just a little, add chrome clearance lights and running boards that end at the back of the doors, and i headace rack if possible.

well can somebody at least paint it orange with a white cab top for me, and possibly add the front bumper to it

The photoshop pros usually like trucks to be one color but there are people out there that can do it. They did wonders with my truck. It went from this...
