Well Gents, I think I figured it out! Took it to the local muffler shop, described my problem, and the first thing he said was distributor cap. I said I just put one in a few months ago. He asked if it was the cheap one, and it was. He suggested a better quality, stating the cheap ones can go bad quickly. I took his advice, went to the parts store and picked up a good one, and now the truck runs great. I can't thank you all enough for the advice. I know my MAF sensor is clean, got a new fuel filter put on, changed the plugs, and my truck is running. All in all, I would say it wasn't a bad week. Thanks again guys!!

I changed out my fairly new distributor cap /rotor due to failing.. It got burned to crap at the top-center between cap/rotor. It was an MSD!! I then noticed the MSD is now manufactured in the cheap factory.

Many times the problem search misses the newly installed part failing. ( like cracked ceramic on new sparkplugs)
