88-94 TBI 350 Crate motor *NEW*

GM Crate 350 from my 93 suburban that was hit and totalled.
10,000 miles on motor (broke in proper and treated very nice)
comes with 700R4 tranny with roughly 250,000 on it, but still worked good when the truck was wrecked. I would like to get 3,000 out of it for everything from the throttle body to the oil pan - water pump to tranny. the only think I will not sell is the serpentine system. Price may be negotiable if interested, located in kansas.

I'd like to be frank with you. $3K is way too much for an engine that can be bought new from the dealer for about $1500 with 3 years/50K miles warantee. The transmission with 250,000 miles would only be worth what a core charge would be. You'll probably need to adjust your asking price to sell it. Good luck.

you find a place to get that motor for 1500, with a dealer discount it cost us like 2000. and fuel injection and an ECU arent all that cheap. Maybe you are right...Its just hard to come out on a deal where you get your nice clean vehicle blasted by some drunk guy with no insurance....it sucks.

check here.... http://www.sdpc2000.com/cart.asp?act...id=128&pid=100 $1649.00, with shipping somewhere around $150. or could be ordered from your local GM dealer under PN:12568758. and save teh shipping, but the price would be a bit higher.

My 93 Surburaban has a 4l60E in it, not the 700R4,, maybe differnet because mine is a 4x4? I've seen 93 surbans., now going for 5-6K for the full vechicle.. one even less for a 2 wheel dirve... sorry to hear about the wreck, we got hit be a young girl with no insurance, but thankfully not too bad, needed a fender and ft. bumper.. and new radiator,,
