1986 GMC Sierra 1500 SWB wiring

Hi, am new to the board and would like some help please. I have an 1986 GMC Sierra Classic 1500 short bed with 305 v8. What I am looking for is where some of the wiring goes in the engine bay. The truck I bought had a race motor in it from what I'm told and when they put the 305 back in it, they left ALOT of stuff just hanging or cut. Air conditioning was also removed with all the plumbing too so any help here would be awesome too. I need to put a horn back in it as that is gone along with the wiring. There is a wire hanging from the drivers side headlight (appears to be a spade terminal) that I dont know where it goes. Truck runs good although I see 2 spots on the Edelbrock carb that are capped off and there is a small zip tie on the passenger side of the carb for some reason??? Some stock engine bay shots (especially wiring) would be great!!! Thank you all for your help!
