Buick Quadrajet on a SBC 350?

Will a Buick Quadrajet (front inlet) work on a Chevy 350 with a stock intake?

If it is a Q-Jet (spread-bore) intake, it's a direct bolt-on. If it isn't a spread bore, you'll need an adapter that will allow it to be bolted-on. I'm not a fan of those adapters, but I'm sure there are plenty who are.

It's a factory Q-jet, it just has the front inlet that Buick put on them.

What's the problem? I don't see one.

I didn't either. Someone told me it would hit the water outlet, but I can't see any way it would reach that far forward.

NAPA should have an "ell" fitting that will turn the corner and put it where you want it to be.....if you need one.

Re: Buick Quadrajet on a SBC 350?

I made a custom steel line from the fuel pump to the front inlet of the Buick Q-jet I am running. No clearance issues with the thermostat housing.
