74 Chevy C10 3 speed

Hey I m looking for a shift bowl for 1974 chevy c10 MANUAL trans non tilt steering wheel, I have been looking for about two weeks and have talked to numerous people, all of them state that this part is no longer in stock or produced. I have contacted many companies and all they say is that is no longer made good luck finding it. This is my first truck im 17 and I want to keep it original with 3 on the tree, floor shifter is my last resort but if anyone can guide me in the right direction your help is appreciated.

Post up a pic of what you are talking about. I'm not sure what you mean by shift bowl.

He's talking about the part on the column that the shifter hooks on to I think. If you were local I'd make you a helluva deal on a complete column with keys.

Jeez. Randy has a complete column just buy it. Keep your old one for parts.
I've shipped columns darn cheap via UPS or FedEx ground. When you pull the levers and wheel it's just a big tube. It'll fit in a triangular shaped box with the levers and keys taped to the side in a bag.

guys. lets keep this as info on where to look.. ie the classifieds, craigslist, pull a part etc.. If we allow it to become a sale thread, then the OP gets edited etc. Just sucky, and not something I feel like doing Thanks!
