I once found a factory th350 pan with a drain plug lying on the ground at a junkyard, its somewhere in the storage shed i think...

I will add this tid bit: Manufacturer tests have shown that cast covers (pans, valve covers, etc..) reduce noise levels over their counter-part stamped steel. When replacing these items I'd go with the cast version. Think of it as dynamat for your tranny!
