That's not expensive or anything... lol.

I got my burb doors for my K10 and they were $100 a piece. Very little rust. I would never pay $585 a door.

Re: is this guy nuts?! CL find NOS doors

not sure on the 73-87's....but 67-72 NOS doors regularly sell for 800-1200 per door! NOS is original GM. Anyone who's used a repop door (at least 67-72) can tell you they don't fit without work. And some areas of the country you can't find a good door at all...
...around my area a nice rust free used door sells for 300-600 (I've sold several for this depending on how nice they were)

I could see if they were 73-76...but since they are 77+, price does seem a little high...BUT, last time GM sold these, they were over $600 each.

These trucks are not rare enough to justify that price in my opinion. There are way to many of them in the junk yards and back yards.

Wow, who knew there were that many variations of 77-87 GM trucks? And what's a V10 - V20 - V30?

That guy's a freaking lunatic. Only Jay Leno would pay that. And what is the heck is he talking about "fits '81 extended cabs"? Chevy didn't even make extended cabs until the new body style.

These have been on CL for a while. I think they started out at 600. Someone will buy them sooner or later.

Re: is this guy nuts?! CL find NOS doors

the body style was mad from 73-91....our trucks are like bellybuttons everyones got one lol not like parts are remotely hard to get or even hard to get. this guy is clearly has a case of the barret jackson all origanal crazies. i would love to have em for my rig but i wouldnt pay more than 300 for origanal sheetmetal anything unless he has a NOS bed or cab he can prob ask whatever for those but not doors. still to many good doors out there to even justify a impulse buy for about a grand for doors. he is nuts, but the person that buys them is truly a loon!

Re: is this guy nuts?! CL find NOS doors

They are a bit over priced. New from factory they were 600. So if he came down to 450 to 500 then he would be in the ball park. These doors sell for high amounts depending on where you are located.

Re: is this guy nuts?! CL find NOS doors

R is the 4x4 designation and V is for 2 wheel drives. It all came about because they were going to continue with the C/K on the newer body style in '88, while Crew cabs, Suburbans, etc kept the older body for a few years.

Re: is this guy nuts?! CL find NOS doors

Thats nuts. I paid less than that for a entire front clip and doors rust free dent free slightly faded paint. A couple days ago there was a 80 sb/2wd for 850 on cl here locally. I have parted out some really nice 50's stuff for. A whole lot less than that! Hell i just sold a perfect 55-59 wraparoud rear window for 100 and it took me 3 mnths to sell it.
