You can tint any lens with clear coat and a little black mixed i spray alot of lens that way

fesler makes tinted LED lights kinda pricey but look and work great

yeah he smoked them himself using a smoked clear nitro rc car paint. you should be able to get something like that at a local hobby shop

You may also try the vht night shades tint in a can.
