Does anybody still make a mechanical oil pressure sender?
Been trolling around on Ebay and Google and I can't turn up a mechanical oil pressure sender for a 75 C20 with a 350. There's plenty with the electrical connectors, either for lights or gauges, and Rock Auto has something they SAY is 75 with gauge, but no picture...if anyone knows where to get one or a part # it would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can buy all the stuff at a hydraulic hose shop. The engine end is 1/8 npt. I usually just take the cluster into the hydraulic shop and tell them to make me a line that's "X" feet long to go from the gauge to the engine. 10 bucks or so and you're on the way.

Ah, thanks. Didn't think of that. I found where to get the line kit, but was coming up dry on the sender. Mucho gracias.

Thats because there is no "sender" for a mechanical oil gauge. Your just hooking up an oil line to the gauge from the motor basicly. No "sender" to give you false readings.

Yup. I guess I've just never had anything to do with mechanical oil gauges before so that didn't occur to me. Brain fart on my part.
The truck had an engine swap at some point and they just left some of the old tube behind the dash and plugged the outlet on the new motor. Thanks again, this board is a lifesaver.
