Re: Bucket seats covers...Big pleat or little pleat?

I think the small pleets would better suit your interior. The vinyl edges give the seat a contrast in materials and make the fabric stand out more. The vinyl frontier it is!!

Aren't the small pleats going to be too square shouldered to work on the buddies?

Re: Bucket seats covers...Big pleat or little pleat?

Small pleats, with vinyl bolsters. The big pleats/full houndstooth covers look too busy. A small amount of vinyl gives it just the right amount of contrast. I was torn also, but my upholsterer talked me into small pleats with vinyl, so the houndstooth looks like an "insert". The center seat on the buddies looks better with full houndstooth. I am partial though,a s this is how I had my set done, and could not be happier.

Re: Bucket seats covers...Big pleat or little pleat?

Agree with leddzepp. Do the small pleats. Surround the outside seats with vinyl, but let the houndstooth go to the edge of the center seat

I think Brian is onto something here...it probably would be a good idea to sit the complete kit on top to see how it looks as a package to make a fair comparison.

I personally like the full hounds cover, but mainly because I don't like sitting on vinyl or leather. I do have to agree though that the small pleats have a cleaner look in the picture you posted.
