Parts help

Hey guys I just squired a oldsmobile 8 track that looks identical to the truck 8 track except the door so I was wandering where I could find the door and the correct jobs. And also where can I find the correct dipstick and filler tube for a 2wd v8 truck

Thanks

Bryce

I would keep an eye on the parts forum here on the board
and also on ebay. With ebay, you can save your search
and get emails when matching items show up.

If you can get someone to measure their correct dipstick,
I believe you can buy those from the auto parts store.

Re: Parts help

What on earth do you want with an 8-track. They were crap when they were new. I don't even want to imagine how bad 35-to-40 year old 8-track tapes would sound today.

Re: Parts help

Im just trying to get as many gm assesorys on my truck as I can possibly get and the 8 track is on of the few that I am lacking. I need the knobs and possibly a gm or bowtie door even though the bowtie is not the correct one. I may have located a set of NOS speakers and amp for this but i need help finding the knobs and door.

kcsa75 it is just a wow and cool factor to have these old pieces of timeless history. I already have the correct cruise control for a 68-70 with correct turn signal switch, shoulder harnesses, tissue dispenser, buckets, tilt column, am/fm, gm compass, bumper guards, door edge guards, and etc.

Thanks
