stereo options

I am ditching the original radio which works perfect for an after market unit.... any suggestions on kits. Do I need to cut anything... I have a very nice clarion deck detachable face and speakers along with amp and sub. 1 12".. probably going to sell the orginal radio. what do they sell for in perfect working condition.

I'm sure you already know this, but you can a stock looking radio that has rca and mp3 inputs for $150-300. Just something to consider so you don't have to cut the dash

I'm not familiar with the stock radios really, but if I think they go for a pretty penny...Based on the repro one I saw posted on the board a while back being $600, I would think a true original working radio being worth at least that...hard part is finding someone willing to pay that for it...
