anyone have 2 different shade nos lenses? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

is this common for nos lenses. have 2 nos gmc park lenses and one appears darker than the other. both dated 67. they might look wierd if i install them.

If they have been treated the same from day one and been together also, they should'nt look different...different lot from production? Check the reflector maybe one dirty or starting to deteriorate. The darker one on the left appears to be missing a rivet in the center. They do look nice, though!

i noticed the rivet but it has never been tampered with. they are absolutely mint but i got these from different places so maby a different production run is the cause for this.
