Bleed the brakes by haveing someone push the pedal down. Do the rears first, then do the fronts. Have them lift then re apply every time you close the bleeder. If this does not work replace it.

ok i dont think i have a prob with it i just heard about poping it today and was like what ? is there and easy way to unsticka cliper by chance i know that ther like 40 dollars with the core charge at napa but free is better

"Un" popping a proportioning valve requires "balancing" the pressure on both sides of the system. The simplest way is to relieve the pressure on the "good" side by opening a bleeder and applying pressure to the pedal. It can "pop" back at the end of the travel. It doesn't always work that easily though. Sometimes it takes a good "slam" of the pedal (with the bleeders all closed) It is really more about "speed" than the amount of pressure applied.
