[86] Window weather stripping replacement how to?

I've spent the last hour looking for a tutorial on replacing the weather stripping or window felt for my truck and have not found a way to do it. I'm not sure if this has been covered before but my searches have come back with big ole goose eggs.. If the how to has been done before please if anyone could point me to the right thread it would be great!

If not what's the best way to go about replacing the weather stripping for the window? Thanks guys!

Dave

I used this article when I did mine and again when I had to change my window regulator on my '87. I will probably consult it again when my felt arrives for my '86 this week.

If that video doesn't do it for you, give the article a try. Good luck.

Yeah I had found that too... It's pretty easy to take stuff apart but a lot harder going back in.... Just was wondering if anyone has any tips. Do I need to take the window out? Is a power window different than a manual window in how you have to remove the glass. ETC. etc.. etc..
