This has a tan color. The factory color name is Nevada Gold. It has a moddest drop.

I don't think it's tan, but I do think it's darn good looking.

Fair enough. The tonneau cover is tan, though!

That looks pretty darn close to mine....

I know mine has been painted once since original, with the same factory color (matches the dash anyway, and door jambs).. and it's called "Desert Sand Metallic"

What is the code for that tan truck, the Big 10th, I love that color. Does it have any flakes in the paint. I want mine with just the base color, no metallic at all.

I think it is code 65 Buckskin. This was the options sheet in that truck.

Re: Tan colored trucks

N2TRUX if your referring to mine then thanks, but it's nothing compared to yours, but the tires are 295/40/20 rear and 245/40/20 front. They are BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW. I think they are very good tires for the money, I have them on my car as well. Some people say they are a little noisy, but they really aren't that bad especially when our trucks aren't made to be aerodynamic lol

I appreciate the compliment. I thought that tread looked familiar. Thats exactly what I have on my 77. Yours looks so much better in the rear with the 10" wheels. It's amazing what a difference another 1/2" makes.

Did you get them with the wheels or ???

Re: Tan colored trucks

thanks, and I know it is amazing what the little extra in the rear does for the truck, and I think with my truck it is more noticeable because the front is a little lower than the rear. I think I actually got the tires from tirerack
