Has anyone bought one of these? I am just wondering on quality and fitment, etc. thanks

I have one that was installed in my 70 C-10 that I've only heard ONCE !!! ( it's been in a different state for 2 1/2 years being restored and I don't get to see it very often ) It sounded pretty good, but I remember thinking it needed a little more base for my taste - I'll get a speaker ( or two ) with more base and put it under the seat to help. I bought the in-dash speaker that was recommended to me by the guy I bought the radio from. The guy doing the work said it went in very easy - it fit in the existing factory holes in the dash perfectly and came with easy to follow instructions. He showed me that the electronic station selector was very "touchy" and it was hard to tune the station where you wanted it - to make it one of the 10 presets. I liked the fact that it has the capacity to have an IPOD plugged into it and that it's "supposed" to pick up stations better then the factory radios. The only "physical" difference is the missing DELCO script in the lower right corner of the dial, as seen in the picture below. I was very pleased with the quality of the radio in general and the push buttons are electronic too. I'll be able to post a picture of how it looks installed, in a few more weeks, when I have the truck F I N A L L Y back in Maryland . . . where it belongs !!!
