Shallow Mount Box

Does anyone know of any place that sells 8" shallow mount boxes?

any stereo shop in your area should...

if your looking to buy online, the shipping wouldnt make it worth it in my opionion.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. Or I could try and make my own, but I have no experience. So I would probably mess it up and it would cost me more than just buying one. Do you know how much it would go for roughly?

Build your own. Done right, it will be better than any prefab box you can buy, and you will have learned a new skill. My .02.

but Ill tell you now....I have built plenty of stereo systems $500-5000, I can build ALMOST anything but sometimes its cheaper (time/$) to pay to have it done. It all depends on your skill level and your time available. A simple box is easy and cheap to build. Now tuning and building is a different subject...

Well I've never built one before, so my skill lever is next to zero. I'll probably end up buying one. It's easier that way. Depending on how much I can find one for.
