R.I.P- Rust In Peace

Found this place while driving through LaGrange GA this Friday, Its on Hwy 27. They had all kinds of old cars and a sign that says "rat rods $699 and up". Some of you locals may know about this place but I thought I would share it anyway. All the trucks I could see were in the back and the sign said $20 for tours with a phone # (thought that was a little steep!) I could spend hours looking around there though.

If I was close to that, I'd pay 20 no problem!

At least they're all for sale! $699 and up don't seem too bad... depending on what the "and up" part is

I would agree. $20 and one could have hours of fun and who knows...maybe adopt a new truck.

Now that you say it like that I will be going back. I just stumbled upon it driving on a back road 3 hours from home and about shart myself! I think everything is for sale as a package deal as well, if I remember correctly the sign also said "business for sale". There was a vacant house on the property so I don't know what the deal is, somebody could probably get a hell of a deal and buy the property and all... Maybe we need to make a group buy

Re: R.I.P- Rust In Peace

I'd pay $20 for the tour. I can recall many hours of fun with my old man pulling parts.

Worth every penny and then some. I'll pay just to make sure these yards stay around and open. Once they close all those lovely cars and trucks are gone, please support these type of wrecking yards maybe take home a new friend, as well as help the owners pay their property taxes.
