I have a 95 tahoe with just over 90k on it.The truck pulls to the right just as you apply the brake and it is felt in the steering wheel also. The front end was aligned about 4 months ago and rotors and brakes replaced about a year ago, maybe 13k ago.My haynes manual doesn't help much.Someone told me these trucks had a problem with the front brake hoses breaking down inside and causing a pressure fluctuation but any help would be appreciated.

Yes, this is usually the culprit. Not just for these trucks, but any vehicle. Probably one of the cheapest and simplest fixes to do. Don't replace calipers or anything else until this is done first.
