Auxiliary Leaf Springs
Are auxiliary leaf springs(original ones) hard to find for a truck(1969 GMC 1/2 ton) with rear leaf springs? Thanks very much for any help.

Re: Auxiliary Leaf Springs
I've got em on my 71 GMC. I think they were on a lot of the camper models.

If you do find a pair of used ones ,,they may be not so good as mine were sagging quite a bit and therefore I chose to just take them off and buy new. I had mine made with a couple inch arced drop and after installing found that 2 inch was not enough because I measured from my worn out springs and it gave me a false reading ..hope this helps you some.

Re: Auxiliary Leaf Springs
I have a set just laying around if you want 'em. Not sure if they are original, but they've been on the truck for forever.
