Need measurement for hole in cab perch

As you can see in the picture I had to cut a fair bit of rust out of my cab perch. Now I realize that I should have taken note of where the hole was that the bolt goes through. Anybody able to help me out? I have the diameter of the hole, just need to know where it's positioned on the perch.

Thanks

Why don't you just knock out the rivets on the perch and replace the perch......

I have the time and materials to repair the one I have, so I'm going that route.
