Thanks! One of my young'uns must have lost my digital camera. As soon as I find it, I'll post better video of it running.

Re: Project GOLDMINE - '70 CST/10 SWB 402BB
Here is a longer video of it running. It still has some old gas in the tank, and I'm trying to burn it out. It has no noticeable ring blowby, so I think it will clear up. It doesn't make any internal noise, so I think the engine is great considering how clean it was inside.

Hey, the engine sounds really good. You weren't kidding about it being clean inside. Keep the progress pics and vids coming.

Re: Project GOLDMINE - '70 CST/10 SWB 402BB
MAIDEN VOYAGE!!!
I got the brakes bled, and took it for a spin. I drove it a couple of miles this evening and the engine ran great. The transmission shifted fine as well. The power steering pump was low when I got it, and I added fluid then. When I started turning the wheel it made some noise initially, but quietened down before I got back. It is not smoking now, except when I first crank it. I'm guessing the valves seals are hard as a rock and probably need to be replaced. I stopped at the park while I was out, and snapped a quick pic.
