89 motor swap
ok so im looking into an 89 a guy has for sale for a good price but im leary.
its got 700r4 and 350 but he says it gets hot says he thinks is a weap in the head gasket. so if i got this truck ive got a 400sb i might wanna toss in it. carbbed of corse i dont think the ecm would like the 400 with all its mods if i used the tbi system. is it a big pain to switch all this crap off or what?? thing worrys me is if it runs hot all the time an he drives it might be a cracked block or head. and the owner might not know it and the price is $1200 ive seen pics of the trucks fixed up and they can look sharp
