New Projects... Pics.
Sooo... I had my old speakers lying around and they sound bad@ss. So only having the 4" Infinities up front, I decided to build some boxes for the 6 1/2's that were from the old truck. A couple hours later I have a 4 speaker 1 sub setup. Let me tell you, it really fills the cab with sound. Its pretty dang nice.
Heres some pics... I didnt have any real paint so I decided to just use the black primer that I had lying around They arent quite done being painted, they are OK for now though. Im not the professional carpenter here so cut me some slack. http://home.comcast.net/~wiersmab/fly.avi Heres a little flyby by me. The sound isnt too great due to wind. Ill be sure to get a better one up, the truck was acting up a bit last night.

I love the sound of all of your guy's trucks... Mine sounds so wimpy compared to them, lol
Thats pretty much the stereo setup I am planning on building, except I will have the pair of factory 10x4s running as well as the one sub (probally an 8 inch) two six by nines and the factory door speakers...

I like my sound too
Me and my buddies Z28 went out last night and played. I dont think Ill be putting much more money into the motor. Im going more for finishing up the looks. 17s and some paint. Its just not very practical to me to get this flying brick running any faster. It was built as a cruiser for a reason. I think I need a LS1 C5 or Z28 if I wanna go fast. LOHRTBT has the right idea with his TA.
