This bumper was made by KMA in 1999 was like the second one they ever made for a first gen K5. I did have to modify it to fit better and added some gussets to the winch mount plate to prevent flexing
I have a 3" body lift so in the last pic you can see how the mounting brackets hold the bumper up higher than the frame. I re-enforced the frame too!

Kinda dark but you can see the crossmember with \ & / to the ends of the frame.
Anyway....

Hey Burt, could you post these photos again, they don't show up, and I would be interested in seeing the mounting brackets.

Sure, alot of my "old" poasts have red X now...a few years back I lost all my online pics so I don't know exactly wich one I poasted in this thread I will post up what I have online now...



Frame crossmember I built, you can see the \ / going inbetween the mount bolts for the bumper.

Back Bumper and swing out gate I built.
Thats all I have really...
