Started on project Big Red - I probably should have started a build thread...
Big Red is getting all new sheet metal on the front, new water and fuel pump, all new hoses, new clutch, new bell housing, new paint....then off to pickup some firewood!

Got my 74 grille mounted properly to my 80 and wired in my driving lights and my new old uhooogggaaaaahhhhh horn went to the scrap yard got a headliner panel out of a 74 and a door handel from the inside stripped the panel and re lined it with faux suade have to fix it a tad but it looks good for 18 buck for fabric and 8 buck for the bored and 10 bucks for glue and your have an iterior agian btw any one know a good cheap supplyer of dyna mat type products

Pulled the differential cover, cleaned out the old oil, and put in new.

All I got done was changed the oil in the truck. Then I sat around for the rest of the weekend sicker than a dog! Of course, hotter than Hades all summer, first week of school for the kids and it finally cools off. Go figure huh?!

Got a new grille, and air deflector from the local pick n pull.. for a real reasonable price... $48
Gave my truck a good facelift
