Re: Aux fuel tanks: dealer installed? Worth keeping?

The GMC I just got has them on each side under the bed. The fillers are in the wheelwells, so at least there are no holes in the bed sides.

I think I am going to remove them, as they hang down about an inch below the bed and I don't like the look. Besides, it would cost more to fill all 3 tanks than I paid for the truck!

Re: Aux fuel tanks: dealer installed? Worth keeping?

I need the dimensions of the side tanks. I was retarded and threw mine away thinking I didnt want them. And then If i did i could just buy new ones on line.
This was in 2009 when i did this. IM trying to have some built. But i need the measurements of the tanks. Sucks cuz I really need in order to move forward.
