power steering help

my power steering does not seem to be working at all.belt is on and full of fluid,any ideas,thanks

Has it always been full of fluid? Is there a chance that air could have gotten into the system?

If so, you would need to bleed the air out of the power steering system. I am sure that someone has already posted the instructions on the forum. Basically you jack up the front end (with motor running) of turn the steering wheel from side to side. Something like that; do a search for the instructions.
