edelbrock perforner intake
Ok so I picked up the performer intake and I'm stummped by ther water neck on the their are two ports I know one is probably temp sensor but the other is positioned right underneather where the radiator line goes so I don't understand any ideas

Right side is usually for the heater hose, and the left side is where most put the tempeture sender.

i kinda figured but when the radiator hose goes on their is not room under it thats what had me wondering

Do you need a temp sensor? if not just plug all the holes you don't use.

That is for a temp sending unit. I have the same intake and I just put a plug in it. The temp send unit is that brass dohickey you can see behind the headers. I think that plug is 3/4" pipe thread. If you need to put a sending unit there you can put a straight neck thermostat housing on it and use a different radiator hose. Note my heater hose runs in where someone had the sending unit on yours.

the one on the front left is for the water outlet to heater core, right one is used for electric fan switch on mine. Thing is, you'll need an adjustable water neck to leave room for the wires.

The temperature sender should be in the driver's side head. Just plug the un-needed holes.
