275x.60x2=330 330/25.4=12.99 12.99+15 =27.99" tall
265x.50x2=265 265/25.4=10.40 10.40+15 =25.40" tall

275(width) x 60(aspect ratio) x 2 divided by 25.4(millimeter to inch conversion) plus the diameter of the wheel = height

width is just the first number on the tire divided by 25.4 so that makes the 275 tire 10.82" wide or 275/25.4 =10.82

The width is basically the same so the real difference is the height. You can use the formula above to figure out the size of any tire.
