Carburetor Stall

I have a Holley 650 in my truck. It's a four speed 4x4. It runs fine, however if I have to stop fast for a red light or go over a bump the vehicle stalls. I have to floor it to get it to restart.

The carb doesn't have an external port to adjust the float from what I can see.

Any suggestions?
