Best deal on the drop shocks

Who has the best deal on the drop shocks? Doing a little research, I found out the Stillen has the Bell Tech Nitro 2 drop shocks ( # 8005 for the front and # 8511 for the back) for $ 35.02 each w/ free shipping................don't tell anybody......................

Is that 35 per shock or 35 per pair?

I found the monroe shock used by art in their bagged setups for 67-72's on amazon for $12 shipped for a pair one time

I have shocks from Napa 34 and change a pair, tax included.
