Landon,
I just went and looked at my 71 K10. My rear springs are about 1/2 to 1 inch infront of the hole in the frame in your picture. (The hole is used to mount the bumper bracket.) Your spring looks like its about one inch past (toward the back) of the same hole. From hole to hole my springs are 51 inches long. (Superlift 2 1/2 springs.) The shackle you show looks stock to me.
