3-Speed Saginaw vs 4-Speed Saginaw Length?

I've got the original 3-Speed Saginaw in my '72 C-10. I'm thinking of switching it to a 4-Speed Saginaw. Trying to verify if the Lengths are the same. Being able to use the same Driveshaft will help me make the decision.

Thanks

Bill

Should be the same. I swapped my 3 speed out with a muncie 4 speed. Only had to change the shifter.

Appreciate the replies.

Does anyone out there know the actual measurement in length?

Bill
