Jason Hill's shop truck build coverage?
Hey, does anyone know where I can find coverage of the build for the Hills shop truck? I wanted to get some idea of the specs and what was used for my static drop daily driver, but I can't seem to find much on the actual build. I can't remember which magazine had the build in it, since it was a few years back.
Here's a pic: Thanks in advance |

It was in street trucks magazine. Either 2009 or 2010 don't remember which. You can also call his shop and talk to him is s a very cool guy!

Handful of pics but no info on any 'finished project' that I've been able to find.

I couldn't find anything on the Hill's site or on LMC either. I thought it was there before, but maybe it got moved.
I'll check out Street Trucks' site and see if I can find a buildup. |

Don't try to contact Hill's for info by email.... I sent them MULTIPLE emails when I starting shopping my truck's build & never got one response! They do KILLER work, but could use some better customer service!

Re: Jason Hill's shop truck build coverage?
So far, I can't find crap on the street trucks site but in fairness it is about the worst magazine site I've ever tried to use. Those guys put together a pretty good mag, but the digital side could use some help. Or I'm an idiot.
I'm hesitant to contact Hill's, since I don't intend to buy anything from them and would therefore be wasting their time. If anyone knows more, I'd love some info specifically on the drop they used. I read a thread a while back on here where someone mentioned that truck drove great, which is really what I'm looking for. |

Contact member "CHEESE" He will tell you all you want to know about that truck.. One of the trucks I did my stance after..
I know it started out as a Mcgaughys 4.5/6 kit and Jason trimmed the front springs until it sat right. If you go here you can see mine which is pretty close to theirs and I have alot of info.. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=412616 Last edited by muthstryker; 08-31-2011 at 12:13 PM. |

Re: Jason Hill's shop truck build coverage?
Thanks man! That's the kit I was eyeing. I'm not quite ready to order yet, but I will be soon. I'm sure I'm going to have a few questions for you. I'm going for the Eagle 225's as well.
