I've heard they are bad, but no real clarity on the issues. Is it a fitment issue? Do they need to be trimmed to fit properly? Is it a finish issue as in, a wavy as in unsmooth?

any fiberglass product is "overrun" meaning they leave excess so you ca trim and contour to your liking. up22's stuff is very inconsistent. I have personally seen daylight through one of their hoods.They dont put a heavy resin coat down, the use one layer or kitty hair,not mat an resin over it. sometimes it looks like they dont use a jig its so tweaked and is just plain shotty craftsmanship.
