Options for lowering rear 2" more

I have 4" rear drop leaf springs and 2" shackles on the rear of my truck but the back is still higher. What are my options to drop the rear 2" more?

1. 2" drop hangers for the front of the leaf springs. I hear they are hard to install. If I drop the gas tank does it make the job a lot easier?
2. Buy flip kit and get stock springs.
3. Take current leaf springs to local suspension shop to un arch if at all possible.

Any input would be helpful. Here are a few pics of the stance.

Can you buy different sections of a flip kit? I have the cnotch already. I would have to get the leaf springs and I think the original shackles if I am correct and then the flip kit.

I had the same set up as you and did a complete 4/6 drop , but had all my orignal springs and shackles. I bought my flip and notch off a forum . So I say look around in the for sale sections on here and other truck forums. As for leafs and shackles look at some local salvage yards. Here mine before and after flip

Yes, this would work. I had a 5/8 on my truck using 4" leafs, 2" shackles and 2" hangers. Yes, the hangers are a royal pain to install. You can either drop your tank or pull your bed off. A flip kit is 6" and you currently have 6" of drop, so you'd be right where you are now. You can then put the drop shackles back on to get another 1 or 2" if you desire.

A flip kit with stock springs would do.

I wouldn't suggest this route since you're already running drop springs as it is.

Yes, you can buy just the flip components without the notch.

I thought that I didn't quite have the 6" that I thought. I heard that you really don't get 4" out of the drop leaf springs. Money wise the best would be front hangers but also the hardest due to having to drop the tank or removing the bed. Can anyone tell me what the height of the fender wells front and rear with a 4/6 drop are?

The advertised drop from any given component is more of an approximation than an exact science, so your mileage may vary. Sometimes you end up with the exact drop advertised, sometimes more, sometimes less.
