The chip was $130 to my door.

The timing is set to factory specs and you are suposed to run 91 octane or if you switch to a 180 thermostat you can run 87. Honestly though I had both tanks full of 87 when I installed it and the truck ran just fine anyway. No noticable pinging or anything like that... Might have to do with the elevation here. I ran 91 since then and I have a 180 thermostat sitting on the seat waiting to be installed.

Since I posted I ran to town unloaded and all over town and I think I picked up a mile per gallon there.
