WTB Stock Auxilary battery tray

Looking for a good auxilary battery tray for my 1970 K5. Looking to add a extra battery, and want a stock looking setup for the trays on both sides of the core support! I can sandblast and repaint it, just no rust or corrosion.

Re: WTB Stock Auxilary battery tray

I have an O.E.M. one available; good shape but could use a blast n paint.
Asking $60 + the ride. I'll dig it out and post pics tomorrow.

Agreed on the Scott's one. Really well made and about the same $$ for an original that still needs work.

Brother's sells these now. Cost more than Scott's. They look alright in their catalog.

Here ya go. It's dirtier than I remembered though.
Surface rust on tray is very light, no pitting.
Underside of drain hole has the paint pickled around it.
On underside of tray is minor pitting (circled).
No dents or tweaks.

Re: WTB Stock Auxilary battery tray

I got this out of the garage. It was on my blazer when I bought it and I removed it and so it has been sitting on a shelf. There was some corrosion on it as you can see in the photos. Like I said it has been sitting for about 15 years on a shelf so all I can say is that whoever had it before me must have painted it before I bought the car and this is what it looks like aged.

If you or anyone else is interested I would like to get 75.00 plus shipping.
