transfercase
i was cleaning the grease off the case on my 69 and under the grease the paint color was a darker red. is this normal color for them?

Mine was the same way. I read on here somewhere it is close to a high temp chrysler
red that i bought in arasol can. Looks to be accurate . I did instead go with a cast grey color that looks classy.
