drum to disc 3/4ton ?

I want to put disc brakes on my 70 3/4 ton 2wheel drive,I got a good deal on e-bay on the spindles, rotors calipers, steering arm and the brake lines.and the power booster/master cyl
Is there any thing else that I need to replace?
Are the ball joints the same? I was going to put new ones in since I will have it all tore apart and I don't want to get the wrong ones.

Did I mention that I got all those parts for only $50.00,SCORE!

Thanks
Bob
