As long as the frame damage is really just up front, it'd be a fairly easy fix. Those were notorious though for bending behind the wheel where the A arms bolt on. If it is hurt back there, it's a bugger to fix. Parts on those are very reasonable and available, so no real challenge there. If you do all of that, I'd go ahead and replace the condenser as well "while you're there".
Good luck with whichever direction you go. Sentimental situations can be be tough.
