5 or 6 lug wheel options?

Need to do a disc swap on my 70', I see most ppl swap to 5 lug (5 on 4.75??) but I am seeing a lot more wheel options (20"-22") in the 6 on 5.5 pattern. Is it possible to do a disc swap and stay 6 lug?

Yes, CPP sells 6 lug rotors. Got them on mine.

Another company to call is ECE (Early Classic Enterprises). They have bolt-on kits for what you're wanting to do.
Call: 888.777.0395 or Tech Line: 559.291.1611 and ask them all the questions you want.
Believe me, they have the right answers.

Re: 5 or 6 lug wheel options?

I swapped to 73-87 a arms and spindles, and used the 6 lug rotors.

As said, several companies have several options concerning disc brake swaps.

Lots of companies sell the rotors. You can do the swap a lot of ways.I would suggest looking thru the FAQ's and Build threads to see what others have done and what was involved to get more info to help make a decision. That's what I did.
